Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That, a schedule of works shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of any development. Reason: In order to protect the character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That, a noise assessment report shall be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the installation of the unit, to include details of the noise produced by the plant at the nearest noise sensitive residential façade (or openable window) and shall also detail the times and duration of the operation of the plant. The report must take account of the background noise over the period of operation of the plant and be in accordance with BS 4142 (1997) - Method for rating industrial noise affecting mixed residential and industrial areas. Reason: To protect the amenity of nearby residents in accordance with Policy EP2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That, the colour finish of the unit shall be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the installation of the unit. Reason: To protect the character and appearance of the listed building and Henley Conservation Area in accordance with Policies G2, G6, CON3 and CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That, details of the finish of the wall mounting brackets shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the installation of the unit. Reason: To protect the character and appearance of the listed building and Henley Conservation Area in accordance with Policies G2, G6, CON3 and CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
