Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That, a sample of the cedar shingles to be used for the roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences.

That, a sample of the stain or paint to be used for the external walls shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Polices G2, G6, H13 and C3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, H13 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the summerhouse shall be used only for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse as such, and for no other purpose whatsoever.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Polices G2, G6, H13 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
