Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That all new windows, external doors and rainwater goods shall match those of the existing building in type, design and external finish. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the commencement of the works, details of any soil vent pipes and extractor fans shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
