Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The landscaping works shall be carried out in accordance with the details approved under planning permission P04/E0274 and shall be carried out in the first planting season following the occupation of the dwelling and any trees or plants which within a period of 3 years from the completion of the development die, are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of similar size and species unless the local planning authority gives written consent to any variation.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development area satisfactory in accordance with Policies G6, C1 and C9 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the works for the new access drive shall be carried out in accordance with the details agreed under planning permission P04/E0274, and shall be so retained.

That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no buildings, enclosures, swimming or other pools, paved games courts shall be constructed within the site nor shall any extensions or alterations be carried out to the house hereby permitted.
Reason: To protect the amenity of the area and neighbours in accordance with Policies G6, C1 and C9 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
