Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the south (side) elevation of the extension hereby permitted. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no work whatsoever in pursuance of the planning permission granted by the Council under reference P05/E0973 and dated 28 October 2005 shall hereafter be undertaken on the land. Insofar as that permission authorised the carrying out of development, that permission shall be deemed to be immediately revoked and of no effect (irrespective of whether or not the development which was the subject of that permission has commenced. Reason: To protect the character of the area and the amenity of adjoining properties in accordance with Policies G6 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
