That the materials to be used for the roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the archway to the side of the porch shall be removed within 6 months of the date of the planning permission unless planning permission has been granted by the local planning authority on a formal application submitted for such development.
Reason: To enable the Local Planning Authority to undertake a proper assessment of the development and otherwise to protect the settlement from adverse development in accordance with Policy G2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
