Decision
Planning Permission on 2nd August 2006
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

A scheme of tree protection measures in accordance with the recommendations of BS 5387 (2005) shall be put in place prior to the commencement of works to safeguard the two Norway Maple trees closest to the proposed parking bays. In the event of either or both of these trees dying or becoming decayed within 5 years of the completion of works, then details of two replacement species shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and thereafter implemented within the first planting season or in accordance with a programme to be first agreed with the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To protect the character and appearance of the area in accordance with Policies G2 and C9 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The development to which this permission relates shall not be exercised in addition to or in combination with any part of the development permitted under reference P04/E0688. Accordingly, this permission shall be alternative to the previous permission so that either, but not both, may be implemented. Reason: To prevent and inappropriate development of the site by the implementation or partial implementation of both permissions in accordance with Policies G2 and D7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
