Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 10th July 2006
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That, having regard to the excessive size, inappropriate and complex details and over dominant nature of the proposed extension, the proposal would appear out of keeping with the simple, modest character of the existing dwelling and would detract from the natural beauty, special landscape quality and distinctiveness of the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. In this way the proposal would be contrary to policies G2, G6, C2 and H13 of the adopted South 0xfordshire Local Plan and to advice contained in the South Oxfordshire Design Guide.
