Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

Prior to the commencement of any work, and notwithstanding what is shown on the approved drawings or other approved documents, full details of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Details of the unblocking and restoration of the fireplaces, including details of paint removal. Details of the type and method of installation of wall/floor linings to provide heat and sound insulation. Details of any roof insulation proposed. Details of the type and location of smoke and heat detectors Details of new vents, flues and soil pipes Reason: To protect the special architectural and historic character of the building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. Prior to the commencement of any work, a full repair schedule of internal and external works proposed to the buildings shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To protect the special architectural and historic character of the building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of work, details, at a scale of 1:20, of the external staircase, all new windows, internal and external doors including materials, and finishes, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The external staircase, windows and doors shall be installed in strict accordance with the approved details. Reason: To protect the special architectural and historic character of the building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

A scheme of fencing and any other means of enclosure proposed shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. No dwellings shall be occupied before the fencing and other means of enclosure have been constructed in accordance with the approved details, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To protect the special architectural and historic character of the building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
