Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That a sample of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the comemncement of development. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies H13 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That joinery details of the door and all windows at a scale if 1:20 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to commencement of development. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies H13 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the bricks shall be laid using a lime mortar mix. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
