Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That, all new windows and rainwater goods shall match those of the existing building in type, design and external finish.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That, the materials to be used for the infilling of the front elevation of the existing garage, and external walls and roof of the extension shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Polices G2, G6 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the south western elevation of the single storey side extension without the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Polices G2, G6 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That, the new garage accommodation hereby permitted, shall be retained as such and shall not be adapted for living purposes without the prior permission of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities in accordance with Policies G2, G6, H13, D2, T1 and T2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
