Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That prior to the works commencing, details of the proposed gate shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the gate shall be installed in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To protect the character of the listed building, in accordance with Policy CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the bricks to be dismantled from the side wall shall be used for the construction of the extension of the front wall hereby approved, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure matching brickwork and to protect the character of the listed building, in accordance with policy CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
