That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.

Reason: By virtue of Sections 18 and 74 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the building shall be dismantled and all materials removed from the site within 3 months of the commencement of the demolition works.

Reason: In order to safeuard the character and appearance of the area in accordance with Policy CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
