Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That prior to any works commencing, samples of the roofing material shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To protect the character of the listed building and the character and appearance of the Conservation Area in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That prior to any works commencing, details of the windows and doors shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority at a scale of 1:20. Reason: To protect the character of the listed building and the character and appearance of the Conservation Area in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That prior to any works commencing, details of the finish to the stained timber joinery shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To protect the character of the listed building and the character and appearance of the Conservation Area in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
