Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That prior to the demolition of the store building, a photographic record shall be made of the interior and exterior to the building and details submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To provide a detailed analysis for the interpretation of the site and the ordering and preservation of the site archive, in accordance with Policy CON14 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That no works shall commence until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority samples of the materials and finish to be used for the roof and walls. Reason: To ensure that the extension preserves the character of the listed building in line with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That no works shall commence until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, joinery details of the proposed windows and doors at a scale of 1:20. Reason: To ensure that the extension preserves the character of the listed building in line with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That no works shall commence until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, details of any new vents, flues and guttering. Reason: To ensure that the extension preserves the character of the listed building in line with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
