Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That at the expiration of a period of 3 years from the date hereof, the use of land for the stationing of a mobile home shall be discontinued. Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special circumstances in accordance with Policies A6 and R10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That at the expiration of a period of 3 years from the date hereof, the mobile home and all associated features and materials shall be removed from the land. Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special circumstances in accordance with Policies A6 and R10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the mobile home hereby permitted shall only be occupied by Jeremy and Marilyn Widdows, a dependant relative of the aforementioned, or a manager of the equestrian enterprise, if and for so long as an equestrian enterprise is being undertaken at the property. Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special circumstances in accordance with Policies A6 and R10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding the details accompanying the application, full details of the proposed siting of the septic tank (further away from the mobile home) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and shall be implemented as approved. Reason: In the interests of public health and to avoid pollution in accordance with Policy EP7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That a scheme for the landscaping of the site, including the planting of live trees and shrubs, the treatment of forecourts and driveways and the provision of any boundary fencing shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development hereby permitted. The scheme shall be implemented as approved during the first planting season following the first occupation of the mobile home and thereafter be maintained in accordance with the approved scheme to the complete satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. In the event of any of the trees or shrubs so planted dying or being seriously damaged or destroyed within 3 years of the completion of the development, a new tree or shrub or equivalent number of trees or shrubs, as the case may be, of a species first approved by the Local Planning Authority, be planted and properly maintained in a position or positions first approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings in accordance with Policies G2 and C2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
