Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That samples of the the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the building hereby permitted shall be used as an ancillary building, for the personal enjoyment of occupants of 16 Chapel Close and shall not be used for any other purpose whatsoever.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality in accordance with Policies CON7 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That details of the rooflights, window and doors shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to commencement of development.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON7 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
