Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That, the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That, all new windows shall match those of the existing dwelling in type, design and external finish. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the south-south-east elevation of the garage/office. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the ground and upper floor of the garage/office shall only be used in the manner described in the Agent's letter dated 27th February 2006 and for purposes in connection with the occupation of Bolney Trevor House as a single family dwelling. Reason: To protect neighbour amenity and safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G2, G6, and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That, details of the slab level relative to existing adjoining ground level shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development. Reason: To ensure that the development in satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
