That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the fixings for the plaque shall be into the mortar joints and not the brickwork and should employ corrosion resistant materials.
Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building and the amenity of the Thame Conservation Area in accordance with Policies CON3 and CON8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
