Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That prior to the first occupation of the dwelling, the window in the west elevation of the dwelling shall be fitted with opaque glass with restricted opening for ventilation purposes only. The window shall be retained and maintained as such. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995, (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no additional windows shall be inserted in the western elevation of the dwelling without the prior grant of planning permission from the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To prevent overlooking in accordance with Policies G2 and D4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the parking and manoeuvring areas to serve the bungalow, 19 Brookside and 42 Aylesbury Road, shall be laid out, in accordance with details shown on plan reference 1116/4, all to be retained and maintained as such.
Reason: To accord with the Council's parking standards and to protect local amenities in accordance with Policy D2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3, Schedule 2, Part 1 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order), no development within Classes A, B and C of Part 1, of Schedule 2 to the Order shall be carried out on the land unless planning permission has first been granted by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof.
Reason: To protect the amentiy of adjoining properties in accordance with Policies D3 and D4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
