Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That no works shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority a structural report of the existing rear party wall demonstrating that it is capable of supporting the new conservatory structure. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with policies G2, CON2 and CON3 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no works shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority details of the junction where the new roof ties into the rear party wall. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with policies G2, CON2 and CON3 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no works shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority details of the joinery at a scale of 1:20. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with policies G2, G6, CON2 and CON3 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That samples of the paint colour and finish to be used for the conservatory shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with policies G2, G6, CON2 and CON3 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
