That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

The samples of the plain clay tiles to be used for the roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That, samples of the bricks to be used for the external walls shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That, notwithstanding the details of the application, all rainwater goods shall be constructed of cast iron or aluminium. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That, joinery details shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: to ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
