Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That, the new windows to the kitchen to the northern elevation shall match those of the existing building in type, design and external finish.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, H13 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the materials to be used for extending the height of the existing garden wall to create the side of the garden room shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing brick and flint garden wall.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, H13 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
