That within two months of the date of this permission the existing first floor window in the northern elevation of 73 Peppard Road shall be replaced with a small top hung fanlight where the bottom part of the window shall be a fixed light and the complete window will be obscure glazed (as clarified by the Agent in a letter dated 15 March 2006) and shall thereafter be retained as such. Details of the replacement window shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to its installation. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
