Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the external walls and roof be constructed and finished in accordance with the materials and finishes indicated on plans numbered 147-1, 147-2 and 147-3 as submitted to the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6 and C2 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the four bay garage with linked stables, tack room and feed store shall be used only for purposes in connection with and incidental to the enjoyment of Henley House as such, and for no other purpose whatsoever.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G2, C2 and H13 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the existing tree on the land adjacent to the southern elevation of the proposed garage shall be protected whilst development operations are in progress, in accordance with BS5837 (2005).
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G2 and C2 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That prior to the first use of the garage hereby permitted the existing two bay garage shall be demolished and all resulting materials removed from the site.
Reason: To conserve the character and appearance of this part of the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in accordance with Policies G2, H13 and C2 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
