Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the bricks to be used for the erection of the walls shall match those used in the construction of the wall approved under planning permission P05/E1128, or as otherwise first agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G6 and C1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the roof of the log store shall be constructed using natural slates to match the existing barn. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G6 and C1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the vertical wooden cladding to be used for the construction of the gates shall be dark stained and so retained and maintained. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G6 and C1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the height of the walls and gates, as specified on the submitted plans, shall be measured form the road side of the development. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G6 and C1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
