Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.

That all rainwater goods shall be constructed of cast iron.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, H13, CON2, CON3 and CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That, details of the timber finishes, including those of the gate and side panels, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, H13, CON2, CON3 and CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That, details of the ventilation outlets shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences.

That, the details of the windows, including paint colours, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences.
