That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The samples of the tiles to be used for the roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That, samples of the bricks to be used for the external walls shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence.

That, the exterior walls shall be painted with a micro-porous paint.
