That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the existing door to the former office/proposed kitchen/diner shall be retained and blocked from one side, details of which shall be submitted (at scale 1:20) to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the works hereby permitted. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
