Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That no development shall take place within 3 metres of the public sewers which cross the site without the prior approval of Thames Water. Reason: In the interests of public health and to avoid pollution in accordance with Policy EP1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
