Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the building shall be occupied and used only in connection with and ancillary to the occupation and use of the existing property Fairmile Haven as a single dwellinghouse, as specified in the application, and shall not be occupied or used separately therefrom. Reason: The creation of a separate unit in this location would be contrary to the Council's countryside and housing policies and would result in the undesirable subdivision of the site contrary to Policies G2, G4 and H6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
