Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the existing hedge along the whole of the northern boundary of the land shall be retained and properly maintained at a height of not less than 1.5 metres, and that any plant which may die or be seriously damaged or destroyed within three years of the completion of the development shall be replaced and the replacement shall be properly maintained.
Reason: To protect neighbour amenity in accordance with Policies G2, G6, H13, CON5 and CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That, all trees, shrubs and hedges on the southern boundary shall be retained and protected during the course of the development and shall be retained and properly maintained at a height of not less than 1.5 metres, and that any plant which may die or be seriously damaged or destroyed within three years of the completion of the development shall be replaced and the replacement shall be properly maintained.
Reason: To the character of the area in accordance with Policies G2, G6, H13, CON5 and CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
