Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That prior to the commencement of any of the works hereby permitted a detailed specification of the work to the bar area shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the alterations respect the character of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON3 and CON4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That prior to the commencement of any works hereby permitted a detailed specification for the blocking up of the external door which shall include details of the materials to be used and show how it will be recessed shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the alterations respect the character of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON3 and CON4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That prior to the commencement of any works hereby permitted a fully detailed schedule of works shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the alterations respect the character of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON3 and CON4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
