Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That within six months of cessation of its use for telecommunications purposes any equipment including the mast shall be removed from the site. Written notice shall be given to the local Planning Authority within one month of the cessation of use of any equipment. Reason: In order to avoid the proliferation of masts in this area and to safeguard the character of the area and the Oxford Green Belt in accordance with Policy G15 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the mast and dish housing shall be finished in non reflective materials to match that of the adjacent lighting stanchions. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and in accordance with Policy G15 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That except or may be otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority the floodlighting shall be used only between the hours of 7.30 am and 10.00 pm on any day and at no other times whatsoever. Reason: To protect local amenities and in accordance with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
