Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That prior to the commencement of the development, details of the finish to the mast shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council. Reason: To protect the character of the area in line with Policies C1 and G15 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the equipment cabinet is finished in midnight green and retained as such. Reason: To protect the character of the area in line with Policies C1 and G15 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That all the equipment shall be removed within 3 months if it is no longer required for telecommunications purposes. Reason: In order to restore the character of the area in the event that the equipment is no longer required in accordance with Policies C1 and G15 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
