Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the equipment be removed within 3 months of it no longer being required for telecommunications purposes. Reason: To safeguard the visual amenities of the area in accordance with Policy G15 and G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the commencement of the development, details of external finish of the mast and equipment cabin shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter, the development shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the visual amenities of the area in accordance with Policy G15 and G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no work shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority a scheme of landscaping around the telecommunications equipment. Thereafter the planting comprised in the approved details of landscaping shall be carried out in the first planting and seeding seasons following the commencement of work. Any trees or shrubs that within a period of 5 years from the completion of the development die, are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species. Reason: To safeguard the visual amenities of the area in accordance with Policy G15 and G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
