That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the equipment be removed within 3 months of it no longer being required for telecommunications purposes. Reason: To safeguard the visual amenities of the area in accordance with Policies G1, G15 and C3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the commencement of the development, details of the colour finish to the mast, antennas and equipment cabin shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the visual amenities of the area in accordance with Policies G1, G15 and C3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the erection of the proposed mast, the existing mast together with any associated equipment shall first be removed from the site. Reason: To safeguard the visual amenities of the area in accordance with Policies G1, G15 and C3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
