That samples of the materials to be used for the boundary wall shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences.

That the brickwork to be used in the construction of the boundary wall shall be pointed using a lime-based mortar mix.

That the brickwork to be used in the construction of the boundary wall shall be laid in a Flemish bond.
