Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That samples of the materials to be used for the boundary shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: To safeguard the setting of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the brickwork to be used in the construction of the boundary wall shall be pointed using a lime-based mortar mix. Reason: To safeguard the setting of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the brickwork to be used in the construction of the boundary wall shall be laid in a Flemish bond. Reason: To safeguard the setting of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That details of how the wall would abut the listed building shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning authority prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To safeguard the setting of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
