Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That notwithstanding any indications as to those matters which may be given in the application no works shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority a method statement for the protection of existing historic fabric of the building from damage during the course of the works and the method statement shall be implemented and maintained during the course of the works in accordance with the approved statement. Reason: To secure the safety and protection of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding any indications as to those matters which may be given in the application no works shall take place until a detailed specification, including scaled drawings showing the floor construction and under floor heating particularly the cement/sand screed and its relationship to the joists and the protection of these joists by the introduction of a separating membrane has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the works shall be carried out in accordance with approved details. Reason: To secure the safety and protection of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
