That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That, no works shall take place until a sample of the tiles to be used for the external tile hanging and a sample of the roofing slates to be used, has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the proposed works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G8, CON3 and CON4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That, no works shall take place until a sample panel of the brick work, has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the proposed works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G8, CON3 and CON4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That, notwithstanding the information supplied within the application, the works shall not begin until a 1:20 scale section and elevation detailing the type, design and external finish of the windows has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON3 and CON4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That, no works shall take place until an elevation at 1:20 scale detailing the type and design of the proposed new internal doors to be installed, has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the proposed works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G8, CON3 and CON4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
