Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That, notwithstanding the details shown on the submitted plans, the proposed new landscaping to the rear of the site shall not commence until further details, to include surfacing and planting details have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the proposed works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G8, CON3 and CON4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That, notwithstanding the details shown on the submitted plans, the iron and timer gates and the wall shall be constructed in accordance with details which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the works commence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the proposed works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G8, CON3 and CON4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the proposed re-pointing shall be carried out in accordance with a sample panel which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the proposed works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G8, CON3 and CON4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
