Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby permitted shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the specification of works dated October 2005 and submitted with the application unless otherwise previously agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic interest and character of the building in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors and rainwater goods has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That a sample of the proposed weatherboarding and any new external materials shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before works commence.
Reason: To ensure that the materials are appropriate for the historic character of the building in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
