That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works shall be carried out in accordance with the schedule of works accompanying the application unless otherwise first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
