That at the expiration of a period of 5 years from the date of this permission, the use specified in this application shall be discontinued and the buildings shall be removed from the land and the land shall be left in a tidy and orderly state unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development and in order that the effect of the development upon the amenities of the adjacent occupiers and the character of the locality can be assessed during this period, and that any further application can be decided on this assessment in accordance with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the commencement of the works hereby permitted, details of the proposed lamps and columns to be sited around the perimeter of the site, shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and retained for the duration of the permission, in the approved form. The details provided should include the height of the columns, the precise orientation of the lamps, the method of minimising the spill of light away from the site, and the mode of operation, which should demonstrate that the lamps will be activated only via motion sensors. Reason: To ensure that the proposed lighting scheme is not prejudicial to the residential amenities of the occupiers of the adjacent residential dwellings in accordance with Policy G7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That development shall not begin until a scheme for the disposal of foul sewage has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of public health and to avoid pollution in accordance with Policy G7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the commencement of the works hereby permitted, details of the access road, parking areas and roof drainage shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, and the scheme implemented in accordance with the approved details. Reason: In the interests of public health and to avoid pollution in accordance with Policy G17 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
