That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That prior to the commencement of works a sample of the door finish shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The door should have either a traditional painted, natural oak or ebony finish.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the Listed Building in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
