That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the works are commenced. Reason: To safeguard the setting of the listed building and the character of the area in accordance with Policies CON7 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
