Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works shall be carried out in accordance with the method statement received 08 August 2005. Reason: To safeguard the architectural, and historic interest and character of the building in accordance with Policy CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

A complete photographic survey shall be made of the plaques before, during and after the commencement of works and a set of colour prints, labelled and dated, shall be lodged with the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure the satisfactory preservation of the Listed Building in accordance with Policy CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That, where fragments of the plaques are missing, the final approach , including details of the final surface treatment of the plaque once the pieces have been attached to the building shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works on the subject plaque. Reason: To safeguard the architectural, and historic interest and character of the building in accordance with Policy CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
