That prior to the first occupation of the converted garage, the existing gate and left hand brick pier shall be removed to allow a second off street parking space to be provided within the site. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience in accordance with Policy G11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
