That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in application S.11/05 as shown on plan numbers 781006/214/100 and 781006/214/101P1 accompanying the application except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Director for Environment & Economy.

Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.

That development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date hereof.

Reason: By virtue of the provisions of Section 91 (1) (a) of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990.

That samples of the proposed roof materials to be used, shall be submitted to and approved by the Director for Environment & Economy prior to the commencement of development.

Reason: To ensure the roof materials are compatible with the surrounding development.  (Policies: (G2 (OSP2011); G2 (OSP2016); G8 (SOLP1997); D1, D8 (SOLP2011))
